It's all about the moments

The focus of my work is always telling the story of your day in the most authentic way possible. As you'll see my looking through some of my favourite 'candid' shots below, a large proportion of my galleries are candid shots, the 'I had no idea you were even taking that!' pictures, the laughs, cuddles and tears that you might have missed on the day. This to me, is what makes wedding days so special and it is why it doesn't matter if you are a bit nervous about being in front of the camera (most of us are!).

My couples describe me as discrete and unobtrusive - this is exactly what I'm going for - rather than orchestrating you or your day, I like to simply capture everything as it unfolds. I like my work to be timeless (that is, you will still love your wedding photos in 50 years time when the 'trends' have passed), so I tend to keep my edit fairly simple and classy. Although each photographer will have their own idea of what they mean when they say emotive or storytelling photography, you can get an idea of my version below.
